MHL assisted its client to deal with a caretaker that had stopped work. Several Remedial Action Notices (‘RANs’) were issued and were unremedied. We secured the dismissal of an interim application to prevent an EGM going ahead to terminate the caretaking agreements. In a fantastic result, the financier appointed a receiver and manager to the caretaker to effectively end the caretaker’s role at the Body Corporate.
